Ordering from TinyFigs is simple: choose the product format, customize the figure details, place the order, then review the preview before the order is shipped.

1. Choose your product format

Start with the format that matches the gift: a single custom figure, couple set, family set, keychain, hugging couple, or framed display. The format decides how many figures and display details you can include.

2. Customize the figure details

Use the builder to choose hair, face, torso, legs, and accessories. Focus on details that make the person recognizable. If you upload or reference a photo, use it as guidance rather than expecting an exact portrait copy.

3. Place the order with the correct email

Use an email address you check often at checkout. TinyFigs sends the design preview to that email before shipping, and that preview stage is where small changes should be requested.

4. Review your preview

Preview timing can vary by order volume, but most previews are sent within 1 to 3 business days. Reply within 24 hours if you want changes. If there is no reply, the order may be made and shipped as previewed.

5. Stock substitutions

If a selected piece is unavailable, TinyFigs may use a close replacement. You can request changes during the preview stage. Once the approved or unchanged preview is sent to production, later changes may not be possible.
