Great house warming gift

The minifigures are very cute and arrived pretty quickly. The seller also was super nice and let me preview the minifigures first to see if I wanted to make any adjustments.

Item was cute. They send a mock up for confirmation before sending, and you get 24 hours to respond if you want any changes, which is considerate. My only complaint is I replied to their mock up email within 24 hours asking for something to be changed, and never received a response. So I received the product without the change I requested. The item is still cute, but not exactly what I wanted. And if the change I requested wasn’t feasible, that’s okay, but an email response would be appreciated.

Good experience overall. Preview of the keychain was sent within 24 hours after purchase, at which point I could request changes if I needed to make one. Delivery was within expected time frame.

It’s cute but the quality is a little eh for the price. Its hard to move the arms and the hair kept falling off one of them. Plastic seems a little flimsy

My husband absolutely loves his custom gift! TinyFigs contacted me to approve the final product before shipping. The communication was quick and impressive. Shipping also did not take long. So happy and glad I ordered from them!

Mostly a wonderful process. The item delivered is exactly what was shown me in the approval process so that was a good thing. A couple of things that were a bit confusing were the emails I was receiving during the “approval” process that made me think they were already sending it BEFORE I had approved it and secondly I believe they have a leg option that I was not made aware of which would have been the one I would have chosen if I had known of it (it was the legs portion of mini fig which has them only standing on one leg with the other lifted off the ground as if they are balancing on one leg). I was trying to duplicate a scene where my son proposed to his girlfriend. The leg off the ground would have given it an “excitement” gesture that would have really set it off. I wish I could post a picture of the finished product because I actually did some mighty delicate precision type work to set a “real” very tiny diamond onto the ring that came with my mini fig proposal setup ! Thank you for making my engagement gift to my son and future daughter in law a success !

I would like to see a wider variety of options to choose from and the body to be securely attached. The legs fall off very easily. Otherwise, it's a perfect gift for a Lego lover
