Returns & Issues

Because each order is custom-made, we do not accept standard returns or refunds for preference changes, approved designs, or late-but-delivered carrier shipments. If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us quickly with your order number and photos so we can review a replacement or refund.

Preview & Replacement Policy

• Preview replies: reply within 24 hours if you want changes. If there is no reply, we make and ship the order as shown.
• Out-of-stock pieces: we may use the closest in-stock replacement. Replacement changes must be requested during the preview stage.
