Processing Time

All custom minifigures are made to order. Most orders are hand-assembled and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. During peak seasons (Christmas, Valentine's Day), processing may take 5-7 business days.

Peak Season Delays & Cancellations

Please Note: During high-volume "Peak Seasons" (such as Christmas and Valentine's Day), carrier delays are possible and are unfortunately outside of our control. We work hard to ship your order on time, but once it is with the carrier, we cannot control transit times.

Cancellation Policy: Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded provided the delay is due to the carrier. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these busy times.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Order Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email once shipped. You can track your package in real time from our workshop to your door.

Packaging

All minifigures are shipped in protective packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Gift-ready packaging is included at no extra charge.

Holiday Shipping Deadlines

• Christmas: Order by December 12th for guaranteed delivery
• Valentine's Day: Order by February 7th for guaranteed delivery
• Mother's Day: Order by May 1st for guaranteed delivery
• Father's Day: Order by June 8th for guaranteed delivery
