Returns & Issues

Due to the highly personalized nature of our custom minifigures, we do not accept standard returns. However, if there is any issue with your order (damage in transit, incorrect parts, or quality concerns), please contact us immediately! We guarantee our work and will happily send replacement parts or fix any issues.

• Are the figures glued? No. Standard figures use natural clutch power. Glue is only used for the specialized Hugging Couple.
• Can I change my order? Cancellations or changes are only possible within a very short timeframe after purchase.
